Hey, it's me, Calee! 👋🏼

I’ve spent the last decade teaching music to all kinds of learners—adults, kids, total beginners, and seasoned hobbyists—across piano, voice, theory, and the occasional guitar or trumpet session. I got my start teaching at a tiny music college in Iowa (very wholesome, very cornfield 🌽) and eventually made my way to Denver to open my own teaching studio.

Like a lot of folks, 2020 turned everything upside down. Suddenly it was just me, my dog, and a crash course in turning my studio apartment into a virtual classroom. Luckily, I’ve always been a bit of a tech nerd 🤓🔥—so I leaned in, rebuilt my setup, and discovered just how powerful online music lessons could be. That’s when Flexkeys started taking shape: a flexible, fully online space for adults to learn piano without the pressure, the commute, or the “you should’ve started as a kid” energy.
